The Inducta platform is structured around five distinct entities — each with a single, clear and permanent function. This is not cosmetic architecture. It is the structure of a platform built to scale across multiple assets, multiple technologies and multiple markets — with clean separation between ownership, operations, power trading, grid management and the holding company that governs them all. Every entity exists because the function it performs is distinct, material and enduring.
Our Purpose
Inducta exists to accelerate the energy transition — not as a positioning statement, but as the direct consequence of every asset we develop and operate. Each battery storage project we deliver enables more renewable generation to reach the grid reliably. Each solar and wind asset we develop reduces dependence on fossil generation. Each project we hold for the long term is years of clean, reliable energy flowing to the homes, businesses and communities that depend on it. We believe the strongest infrastructure investments are made when commercial discipline and long-term purpose point in the same direction. For renewable energy infrastructure, they do. The market needs what we build. The grid needs it. The climate needs it. The returns reflect that necessity.

We invest where the opportunity is most clearly defined, most compellingly structured and most consistent with our long-term ownership mandate. Today that is battery energy storage.
